Buy for Me in Thailand: process, approvals and costs

Prepare a clear request

Include the product link, model, size, colour, quantity and destination. Add your budget and any alternatives you would accept. Finding a product and authorizing its purchase are separate steps.

Approve the purchase, then the shipment

• The team checks the request and prepares a quote. Purchasing follows your approval and payment.
• The selected products arrive at the receiving point in Thailand. Request photos or consolidation if needed.
• For catalogue items marked available to order, international shipping is quoted after receipt, weighing, measurement and packing. The second payment requires your explicit approval and is not collected automatically.
• If the exact item cannot be purchased, no substitute is chosen without your approval. You can approve a specific alternative or receive a full refund of the first payment for that unavailable item.

How the 20% fee works

The Buy for Me service fee is 20% of the combined product and shipping cost. Duties and taxes are excluded from the fee calculation. Check the approved quote for all requested services.
