From the Thai store to the receiving point
- Check service availability and register on your country’s website to obtain your receiving address and customer identifier.
- Before purchasing, confirm that the actual item can be shipped by the selected carrier and imported at the destination.
- Use the receiving details for your parcels. The receiving point is in Jomtien / Pattaya.
- Request opening, photos or consolidation when needed. Parcels are not opened automatically. Storage is free for 30 days; check the terms for longer periods.
Compare the complete cost
A lower store price does not always mean a lower delivered cost. Compare products, shipping, applicable service charges, destination duties and taxes, and any carrier or clearance charges.
Consolidating purchases from several stores may help, but the saving depends on the shipment. Ask for the packed weight, dimensions and available shipping options before approving dispatch. Large or heavy items can change the calculation.
Approval, delivery and aftercare
